We want you to be fully satisfied with your minimalist home organization solutions; if a product doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully repackage the products in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the minimalist design remains intact.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the shipping label and send the package via your preferred carrier; we recommend using a tracked service as the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
